Even though Breakdance Global Settings no longer override CSS, some elements are still affected in the Beta 2 release. In Beta 1, the Icon element and Form Builder element styles worked fine, but in Beta 2 they can’t be edited from the GUI or with CSS (even with !important). Resetting or dequeuing atom, bde, and breakdance classes didn’t solve the issue without breaking other parts of the site. I had to use the SVG Icon element, which worked, but I’m still struggling with the Form Builder styles.

As it was in Oxygen Classic.

It would be very nice to have a modal element in the builder with all the trigger interactions.

I'm hoping this is already in the roadmap, but the ability to upload our own svg icon sets and have them integrate with the builder's pickers was a massive plus in classic.

a debugging/cleaning option to debug, clean, manage user errors and mistake in the setup/code/improper use/unused/conflicts/installation/etc. affecting the proper use of oxygen. eventually with a separate interface to explain, confirm and come-back-to-previous ability.

CSS stylesheets like those found in Oxygen Builder Classic are essential. Additionally, it would be beneficial if classes could automatically complete when entering classes created within the builder into the stylesheet.

Breadcrumb navigation for elements is a very useful and practical feature, in fact you can improve it further by implementing hotkey that activate breadcrumb and then use arrow/tab to select element from the hierarchy.
